Hi,

The answer is All of them. In Fermentation we require glucose, fructose, invert sugar to obtain zymase and ethyl alcohol and carbon dioxide.

The reaction is given below:

Glucose + fructose/invert sugar--->(Zymase, should be written above the arrow) C2H5OH + CO2.

where, C2H5OH is ethyl alcohol
