The computer science engineering deals with the study, creating and implementing the software's. It deals with practical and theoretical knowledge of both software and hardware.  It includes some of the major subjects such as fundamentals of computer programming, data structures, object oriented programming, computer architecture, database management system, networking and many more. If you are strong in these core subjects of the branch you can implement a new software.

Coming to Electronics and Communication Engineering study deals with core subjects in basics of electronics circuits and the components used in them, study and design of logic circuits, VLSI, signal and circuits, power electronics, Satellite communication, control systems, computer architecture and many more. The ECE branch mainly deals with electronic parts. Go through the details as many times to choose a better option for your goal.
