If your question means to ask that is there any relaxation of marks to OBC, ST, SC or PwD in compare to general category in GATE PSU selection then the answer is yes. As these are government jobs, These categories get relaxation according to the government norms. For a few jobs, PwD candidates may not be considered due to there disability.
