As you know the cutoff  changes every year the depending on the total number of candidates appeared for the exam, normalized score, top score and other factors. For getting under 5000 rank in OBC category, your score must be above 98 percentile. Also you must have to score around 175+ marks to get a good desired rank of your choice.
