in jee mains 2020 september the answer was 100.00 but i wrote 100 will i get marks?

In jee mains you can get marks for this answer in which you have wrote 100 instead of 100.00 .after NTA normalisation procedure this year everyone will get marks whose answer is approx 100 for example if someone wrote 100.01,100.1,99.99 etc. Then he she/will also get marks.so don't worry about this.
You can predict your rank by using rank predictor in which you have to fill marks, category etc. Link for this is
