As they had asked you to answer the question by rounding it off to nearest integer, that means you have to answer the question with a whole number.
As 20.7 is not an integer, you should have rounded it off to 21 and not 20.7 or 20
As your answer is not matching with their answer key,you won't be awarded with any marks for the question.

If they had asked to round off till 1 decimal place then you could have written 20.7 as the answer. But as they had asked integer so you will be getting a negative marking of 1 mark for that question.
Read the question carefully before answering it and avoid doing such mistakes.
