From what you have written I could understand that you got your 1st preference which you filled in josaa, so if you have been shortlisted in the counselling than you will get the college. If you mean something else please specify it clearly. Try to be as clear you can while asking your question so that one answering could get exactly what you want, it would be more to our benefit.

your 12th percentage is 63 which is less than the minimum eligibility criteria of 75% aggregate and 60 marks in physics,chemistry and maths if you are applying through josaa.

If you do not have 75% you must be in top 20 percentile in your board.

If you do not fulfill this criteria then you are out of the counselling
