In Karnataka neet pg counselling what's the difference between management quota seats, private quota seats, private quota seats except nri?

Hi,
Well also I would like to mention that the cut off being declared in case of management quota is less as compared to private quota category cut off. And this may be mainly because of the fee structure being really high in case of management quota seats.
