After reporting the college you have to complete your all formalities you have to deposit the money. If you want to go for further round of counselling you have to go for upgrade otherwise you can select that college.

I got vims Bellary but my question is what to reply them about If u have paid excess amount on admission but through kea my fees was zero and college authority advised me to pay 15k as fees so, now should I tell yes or no to kea website

After depositing your money in the college if you want to go for further round then you have to go for upgrade or else you can take your final admission.
