Hello aspirant,

If you get allotted a college in Round 1 and you wish to participate in the second round, you will not be considered for upgradation automatically. You need to visit your earlier allotted college and later fill out the form for up gradation, which the college authorities will give you. Only then, you will be eligible for upgradation.

See if you don't report to the allotted colleges after round 1 then also you would not be penalized and you can definitely go till round 2 for upgradation of your seat. But same cannot be applied after the allotment result of round 2.

******* Only those candidates who have scored marks according to the above qualifying cut-offs in NEET UG 2021, would be eligible for counselling.
