you need not worry as you can edit and change the roll number during the correction dates. also it will not affect your examination. 

so you can relax and need not take tension for the same.

First of all, clarifying your question, do not worry. In all probabilities, the mistake made in entering the roll number would not affect your appearance in AIIMS MBBS examination or wouldn't really lead to the rejection of your application. Just to inform you, AIIMS New Delhi will update the status of acceptance or rejection of applications by March 20, 2018, and you will be able to check the status of your application then. 

Besides this, there was another thing which I want you to clarify. Are you talking about Class 10 or Class 12 roll number? I am asking this because as far as I can recall, in AIIMS MBBS application, there is no provision for entering Class 10th roll number. The 'MyPage' portal only asks about Class 12 roll number for those who have already passed out 10+2 level exam.  

In any which way, the bottom line is entering wrong roll number will not lead to your disqualification or rejection of your application. AIIMS New Delhi will only check the marks of qualifying exam (10+2), age, photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression added in the application form while cross-checking the applications.

This should not be a problem as you must have uploaded your class X certificate in the application form, which is the actual proof.
