As per NTA, you must have to score a minimum 75% marks in boards in order to be eligible for JEE MAINS. And as you aren't eligible for JEE MAINS, you aren't eligible for JEE ADVANCED.
Now its being waived for this session only but there is a good possibility that it will be again implicated in the next session. Let's see what happens.

See it is quite difficult to tell you for year 2022 because till now for this session only the 75% criteria has been waived off due to pandemic. So for JEE-Main or JEE-Advance 2022 there is huge possibility that again the 75% criteria would be back in work then you will not be eligible for it. But if this criteria will remains for year 2022 then you will be eligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/IITs/CFTIs even with 69%.
