You can get the OBC caste certificate from your respective state government, if the information of you being OBC in NEET form is true. It won't be taking much longer time to produce a new one and also the certificate needs to be shown at the time of counseling so you have ample amount of time. But if you filled the wrong information in the NEET form of being OBC the sorry to say but the correction window period is over.

it is a cause of concern in deep sense if you qualify and you are getting a seat alloted by the OBC reservation on if you are unable to produce the certificate during the time of verification your candidature may be cancelled
you should have rectified it during the period between 14 to 31st January but since the window period is over the only option available to use contacting the Neet authority's but I doubt how much help they will be able to provide you since they were clear instructions regarding these essential facts
