In NEET 2019, a general candidate belonging to EWS quota, will be eligible or not for rest of the general seats?

The recent Times Of India newspaper read that the EWS category won't be allowed to register through general category.
But this unjustice was opposed heavily and the case is now I the court and you need to wait for an official statement regarding this question.
