In NEET counselling if we not opted for deemed university will we get chance in Pvt medical colleges through all India quota.

Through 15% All India Quota, you can get admission in Government medical colleges.
NEET 2018 Counselling for private colleges in the states will be conducted by the respective state counselling authorities.
You will have to apply for the state counselling.
