In order to appear in 2nd round of Haryana councelling, would i have to book the college seat I got in 1st round? (Neet 2019)

Dear candidate,
It is not necessary to join the college allotted in first round to participate in second round of counselling but if you do not get a seat in the second round the first counselling seat if not taken admission would be cancelled.I advice to take admission in the first round allotted college since if you get second round college,you may leave the first one.
