See, the answer is a bit mix of both experienced and freshers.

As you've mentioned that for doing MBA or work in a top company does experience is required?

The answer is YES and Sometimes NO!  There is no doubt that experienced people have more chances of securing a good position in tops companies. The major companies come under MNC. Since the criteria for getting a job is exclusive.

See, if a person who just graduates from B.tech gets a job for a good role in an MNC and the salary package is almost equal to what an individual earns in 3-4 years. All it depends upon the skills and the presence of mind an individual has. Generally, some companies offer top roles for candidates even they are freshers.

After going an MBA there are chances of getting a decent job but it also depends upon the colleges an individual choose.

Having an MBA degree is an upper edge but the skills stand first.

It is not necessary to have work experience in relevant field to be recruited by multi national companies (MNCs). Companies appear in  campus recruitment drives to recruit freshers every year. Each year companies search for young talents with a bright future.To be eligible for MBA you have to possess a Bachelors degree in business/commerce/science with required percentage of marks, you may also appear in entrance examinations such as CAT, MAT, GMAT etc. If you are a candidate with masters degree in business administration then you can have a lot of opportunities in front of you like human resources, finance department, managerial staff etc. Hope this helps and Good luck
