Congratulations,you have completed your registration phase 2 form correctly, you don't need to worry about anything.

There is no documents need to upload the registration phase-2 of NEET application form. Earlier in information bulletin,it was given that it will needed but there is no documents required to upload during phase-2 registration.

In phase two registration mainly you can edit basic personal details in which you can also  make changes in nationality, gender, category, subcategories, email id etc. After this mainly we have to fill out education details of class 10th,11th and 12th. In which you can just need to fill basic details of class 11th, result option was optional for class 11th if you don't fill it also you don't need to worry.

Others thing was parents qualifications and income which was also optional.

So I think you have correctly completed your phase 2 registration.
