No, they will not ask for the 11th class marksheet.

They will ask for the class 10th and 12th marksheet and passing certificate. Then character certificate and school leaving certificate (or transfer certificate). These are the only important documents which requires from your educational qualification. Other's document which may be required are

• Identity Proof.
• Birth Certificate.
• Category Certificate (If Applicable)
• Passport size photograph
• NEET 2021 Admit Card.
• NEET 2021 Rank Card.
• Provisional Allotment Letter
