In pu took Hindi as language but I want to become BaMS doctor,is the Sanskrit language is needed to study BaMS?

No.

To get admission in Medical, paramedical and Ayush courses,physics, chemistry and Biology subjects are mandatory in 12th as it is not related to any language whether it is hindi, sanskrit etc but yes, you will have to study sanskrit in your BAMS syllabus.
