In Sc category i got 36,155 rank and 82% in 12th, can i get any nit Or any best college?

Based on your SC category rank, you have very low chances of getting admission in any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.But you can try for them through josaa counselling and participate till last round of counselling to get a opportunity.
