In the JoSAA counselling process,I was allocated a seat in a round and I have chosen the option float. Suppose in a subsequent round I have obtained a better seat, now can I float this seat again?

Dear student,

If you got a seat in josaa counselling, then you will have the option to freeze, float or slide.
You can use any on of these options only for one time. If you choose to float your seat then it will remain in floated position untill you get a higher preference seat and freeze it. Means there is no need to float it again. It will automatically be in float option until you do not freeze it.

Also note that you can only do this only till 5th round counselling.
