Usually it's just a glitch or a bad wireless connection, and the book will often download with a second attempt. Sometimes a little patience is all that is required.

Make an another try. Maybe now you are able to download. Here is the process you should follow for downloading ebook:

After downloading the app go to e books option then after selecting the required book click free download at the bottom of the app page ...then download of the book starts..
