No.Even though you scored a rank less than 10,000 but if your income is greater than 7 lakhs, you will have to pay full tuition fees with any fee reimbursement.This fee reimbursement option is only available for those students who belong to economically weaker sections(ews ) of general category with income less than 7 lakhs.I hope my answer solved your query
