In upsee exam, my general rank is 20836 and bcgl rank is 711. Which rank will be considered in counselling bcgl or general rank.

First counseling is based on gen rank.If you are having any category just like OBC/SC/ST or the same category in addition to GIRL, your category rank will be considered while counselling.But if you are opting for TFW (Tuition Fee Wavier) seat then your General rank will be considered and no other category will apply.
