Dear student,
I feel sorry to tell you that by doing so you will not be a part of the counselling anymore. So you cannot take up the seat again which you were assigned in round 2. You have to stick to your decision. But you can participate in the special round. The registration for the same starts from 26th November till 28th November. This time don't miss the chance.
