Hi,

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria for Telangana State Counselling (85% seats) for domicile , then you cannot apply for the same. For appearing for any state's counselling, first and foremost requirement is of Domicile Certificate which establishes that you are resident of that state. If you do not satisfy it, you itself cannot appear for the state counselling.
