Thwre is no specific field which is necessary to work with to join MBAcourse.
Incase you want to choose MBA in Operations then you can wish to work with relevance sectors ljke Manufacturing, Automotive, Mining and Metals, Ecommerce.
These shall give you better knowledge of operations and helpful for MBA.
Also can utilise your technical skills from Mechanical engineering.
