I think you have very less or no chances for CSE in any college through JOSAA counselling

There is low chance to get any government colleges based on your score.

It better to try private institutions like srm vit manipal etc.

They take their own exams

You should also fill forms of college like dhirubhai  ambani college, thapar university etc which intake by jee.
