Hope you are doing well !
You need to score above 95 percentile even if you belong to OBC category to get a confirm seat in any NIT.Cse branch is top most branch of btech and very demanding as well . So getting it at 91 percentile will be very tough . At 91 Percentile you can get lower branches in some lower nits but cse is not possible there also .
you may look for private colleges for cse otherwise try to boost your score in drop year if possible .
