Hi

Seats will be based on three factors
1)left seats in college (after first counselling)
2)students not jioned in seat allocation (joined in other colleges on their own choice)
3)students who need other branches not the alloted one

on these basis the left out seats will be allocated in second counselling

Note:As per the new rules if a student want to change the branch it will be internally changed in the same college *(if seats are vaccent ) otherwise in any other collge as per the allocation in second counselling
