Since in BPT there is no continuos trend in the cutoff list release so you can wait for the second cutoff as you cant get a seat in good college in 1st cutoff 

In the second cutoff you can get a rough idea about the cutoff and on this rank with a domicile of Delhi you  can grab a good seat in good college
