In which state we can apply for mbbs college other than home state ?

You can apply for All India Quota of every other State except your Home state and Jammu and Kashmir. This is because Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counselling. So for example, if you belong to Tamilnadu, you are eligible for 85% State Quota of Tamilnadu and 15% All India Quota of the rest of the States except for Tamilnadu and Jammu and Kashmir. So you can apply to the Medical Colleges accordingly.
