india me kisi bhi University se m.a kr skte hai kya agar percentage 40% ho to.. kyki ki aise hm jaise bahut hai .. jo m.a krna h bt percentage kam ki wjh se kr nhi pate

Its really unfortunate but you cant do MA in any colleges or University with less than 50% marks in your graduation if you are general and 45% if you are from SC/ST/OBC.
