See Atal, the private colleges of Dhule, Jalgaon, Terna medical college, have by far the lowest  fees compared to other private medical colleges. But while getting admission in some private college you should not think about the fees, rather you must think about the quality of education. Its not necessary that all low fees govt college should have good quality teaching staff. While comparing government and private college there's no much difference as it totally depends on how you understand the topics yourself. So best of luck for your studies and as far as possible try getting in govt colleges.

There is a certain percentage of seats in any private college which is filled up on the basis of neet rank...

And few seats get filled up through the management quota...

If you can get admission on the basis of rank then that  can be bearable....

Infrastructure may be better in private but patients exposure, academics and your class mates will not be that much brilliant.

So it's always wise to work hard and get a seat in government medical college.
