Greetings, aspirant!

The aviation industry is highly consumer oriented. In order to stay at the top of the game, companies in the Aviation industry have to ensure that their customers are not inconvenienced in any manner. To ensure this, a strong union labour force is required. And to manage this workforce, a well built HRM department is established by these companies.

The tasks involved in the working of the HRD include maintaining an amicable professional relations with the labour force, motivating the said labour force, ensuring that problems arising in the internal management are solved efficiently by avoiding legal expenses etc.

In order to get a job in the HRD of aviation companies, the most basic requirements include a bachelor's degree in Human resource management as well as some previous job experience of the same. The full detailed eligibility criteria differs for each organization.
