No, there's no need of writing JEE for interior designing.
There are several courses which you do after class 12th. They are:

Sorry but if you passed put in 2010 then you're not eligible for jee main paper as it's eligibility criteria say the candidate can only appear 3 time for jee mains firstly the year you passed out then the two adjacent year although in the third attempt you can't give jee advance.
