There is no subject wise percentage for JEE Mains examination . If you are a CBSE student then you need to have more than or equal to 75% and for other Boards you must lie inside top 20 percentile of your Board aggregate ( means calculating percentage by taking all the main subjects ) .
So there is nothing like individual percentage should be this or that , you just need to have aggregate percentage 75 or be inside top 20 percentile of your Board that is all .

First of all there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains
But yes,
To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, IITs, GFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.
You don't need 75% percentage in individual subject but in aggregate of 5 Subjects which are :-
