Hello Aspirant,

See if you have already applied for upcoming two sessions of JEE-Main 2021 with that EWS certificate which was valid on the date of application then you will not face any problem and during the counselling and document verification you have to present the new valid EWS certificate but if you have to apply for May session of JEE-Main 2021 then you should not use that expired EWS certificate because always the fresh or valid certificate is asked to be submitted.

But don't worry if you don't have the certificate right now or you can get it by the Application day because If you don't have your reserved category certificate for EWS category right now then you can submit the undertaking which declares that you will submit the original and valid caste certificate later on at the time of admission. You can download the undertaking from the official portal of NTA, for which link is also given below :-

When you visit on the above link you will find a PDF and on page no.9 there is undertaking format which you have to download and after filling it you have to upload it on the place of category certificate in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form.
