The answer is a straight No. All India Quota means the 15% of seats from Government Medical Colleges from all States except Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh allot seats for central pooling. There is a huge demand in these seats and unfortunately with no reservation 450 marks cannot get you a seat. For a seat under All India Counselling for General Category, anything less than 500 is difficult.
