Hello,

Both the percentage and the rank that you have been talking about is suitable for admisssion in a private college to study Law.Now regarding private colleges,they are quite expensive as compared to government colleges.With a low rank/percentile you can expect admission.Well this is not in the case of every private college to be very honest.
