Depends on the difficulty of paper', cutoff etc etc every year . Let's say 570+ to be on the safe side .

Looks like you got  643 marks and those are good marks and you may get admission with that marks.

Hello student,

SMS medical college, Jaipur is one of the best medical college in Rajasthan. Last year, the cutoff for seeking admission in this institute under the state quota was 610, and 617 under the All India Quota.

Hence with 643 marks this year, you have a pretty fair selection chance both under state quota or AIQ.
