Is a seat in AIIMS confirmed after one has reported to the alloted institute and get the orignal documents verified

Yes definitely 

A student is called for reporting at allotted and get the original document verified his/her admissions is definitely confirmed. One just need to pay complete fee for first year. So if you have been allotted a college and you visited and completed these formalities then you definitely gonna get admitted.

I have chosen option 2 and opted for upgradation in 3 round . My documents are successfully verified but when I asked to submit the fees they denied. They said to submit the fees after round 3. So what will happen in that case
