Yes, Aakash packages are enough to crack neet / AIIMS…
You should thoroughly solve all the mcqs given at the end of the chapter. Since section C of the package is previous year questions, you are also solving previous year papers simultaneously.
Personally I think that if you thoroughly solve the packages, then you can easily ace the exam.
