The tests aren't really IIT level. But if you're getting that rank throughout your course you can be happy, I feel! Not that they are equivalent to JEE Mains and Advanced, you still stand a chance.

If you are consistently getting AIR4-44 ,then you can expect a decent jee rank.....But mark the word consistent.
