No Farheen it is not like that. B Com is a degree which specializes more on Finance, Accounting Economics, etc, that are the various verticals of commerce.
BBA is a degree that focuses more on management of a business and we study Marketing, HR, Accounting and various other verticals in this.
Both are different degrees and have equal importance.
