Yes birth certificate is surely acceptable and all your marksheets and amdit card are all required. 

However you can get additional ID proof if any as it can be asked for verification . 

You must also get an address proof for more verification if asked like Telephone or electricity bill or rent receipts to suffice. 

You can also call up NEET authorities for all accepted documents as substitute.
