Dear Subha, usually all the students taking admission in Government medical colleges are required to sign a bond of service failing which theyare required to pay the bond amount to the respective State. Self financing Medical and Dental colleges are also bound by this bond. So to just answer your question, even if it is a self financing private medical college and if you get a Medical seat in Govt.qupta, you have to abide by the bond.
