Hi Akanksha,
Hope you are doing well. COMED-K has not yet released the feature of blocking seat and college from hometown or from your personal computer. You need to visit the respective centres where you will be provided with computers to block the seats in desired colleges. This exam is not like K-CET where you are given the chance of blocking the seat from home. And yes, presence of candidate is a must. You will be instructed about the process in the center itself. I hope this answer will be useful for you.
