NCERT will help you building up the concept and be thorough at it. It will help you cover all the fundamentals you will need to solve the questions you would encounter during the exam.
But I suggest you not to limit yourself to NCERT. Try giving lot of mock test that you can. Also practice previous years question papers of NEET. It will help you prepare for the exam holistically and achieve what you aspire for.
